We take great consideration in carefully packaging all the products that leave our warehouse. By using air pillows, bubble wrap and foam you can be confident that your goods will reach you in perfect condition.

Free Delivery on Orders over £48.00 inc. VAT
Free standard UK delivery is given to all orders over £48 inc. VAT. This excludes long fluorescent or LED tubes and light fixtures 600mm or greater that will incur a carriage charge (see special charges for fluorescent tubes below)
Orders below £48.00 inc. VAT
Depending on the value of your order, your goods will either be shipped via post or carrier. Standard delivery usually takes 5 working days* from the moment we receive your order however times may vary depending on product availability.
Delivery charges for batteries weighing over 1kg is £5.95 inc. VAT.
Batteries weighing under 1kg have a delivery charge of £2.75 inc. VAT.
For all other items delivery is charged at £3.98 inc. VAT.
Product availability is shown on every product page (near the ‘Add to cart’ button), so if a product says ‘call for availability’ we are likely waiting for a delivery of more product from the manufacturer. If this is the case and you need the goods urgently it is advisable to call the sales team to obtain an accurate timeline.

Special Charges for Fluorescent Tubes, Light Fixtures and Giant Vintage LED Bulbs
Delivering fluorescent tubes is difficult due to their fragile nature. That’s why we take extra care in packaging and shipping tubes to our customers. We use air cushions, bubble wrap and reinforced cardboard along with reliable carrier services to make sure your order reaches you in perfect condition. This however means we have more expensive delivery costs
All Fluorescent or LED Tubes 3ft or above in length will incur carriage at £9.50 inc. VAT.
Light fixtures 600mm or greater are also sent by carrier and will incur carriage at £9.50 inc. VAT
All Giant Vintage LED Lightbulbs will incur carriage at £9.50 inc VAT

Next day delivery is available for deliveries on Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) should you require delivery on a Saturday , please contact our sales team on 01494 880099.
