Ordering, Delivery and Returns
You can be confident when you order online that your details will be handled safely. We offer both Sagepay and PayPal to securely process payments.
When you place an order online you will receive an invoice email as confirmation that we have your order. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive another email letting you know you can expect your goods shortly.

We are always happy to accept orders by telephone. Call our sales team on 01494 880099 between the hours of 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday or send us a fax on 01494 880092.
Delivery charges are based on the shape and size of the products you order. A break down of charges can be found on our delivery information page.
With standard UK delivery, you can expect to receive your goods within 5 working days of placing the order. Delivery times may vary depending on stock levels and the quantity you order. Product availability is shown on our website, so if a product says ‘call for availability’ we are likely waiting for a delivery of more product from the manufacturer. If this is the case and you need the goods urgently it is advisable to call the sales team to obtain an accurate timeline.
All orders are picked and checked by separate employees, and sent either by Royal Mail post or carrier. Any high value or next day delivery orders are sent via carrier and are trackable.
Next Day Delivery
We can offer next day and timed deliveries for any order that we receive by 3pm for items that are available from stock. Next day delivery is available Monday - Saturday.

We always advise our customers to use a delivery address where someone will be present. Ideal delivery points are places of work, family or friends that are known to be in during the day.
So you can have complete peace of mind when ordering, we have a no-quibbles returns policy for consumers that make a purchase from our website.
If you have a problem and need to return an item then we can either
- Send you a direct replacement product
- Refund the cost of the order back to your bank account
- Exchange the products for another product from our range
Occasionally goods may be damaged in transit. Depending on the situation we may require photographic evidence of the problem. With damaged products we can offer replacements, refunds or an exchange.
If goods have been ordered incorrectly they can be refunded or exchanged but we will need you to return your old goods first. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to provide free return shipping. Please note that items must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
In either instance, please contact us within 14 days of you receiving your goods.
Should you wish to return goods please contact us with the following details:
- Your Lamps-on-Line order number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for return
- Product details
We will issue you with an RMA number. Please mark this number on the outer box and return the goods to our offices.
Please remember, if you choose to dispose of any old goods yourself we encourage you to recycle them at an appropriate recycling centre.
